Hello,

We are disappointed to read that your experience was not up to your expectations.

After careful consideration of your review, it appears that the main reason for your dissatisfaction is the fact that you were not accompanied by the driver/guide, whereas the main purpose of our products is to discover different regions by giving each group free time.

Our products are "sightseeing tours" the guidance is exclusively done from the vehicle by joining the destinations.

Once you arrive at your destination, the driver/guide gives you free time.

Free time is very much appreciated by our customers and is one of the main reasons why our customers book our products.

Because in free time you are free to do what you want without having a fixed program imposed and being able to go at your own pace.

This allows each group that has different points of interest to be able to fully enjoy each place.

To give you an example in each group they can have people who walk at a different pace, who want to stop where other people do not want to stop etc...

The mention local guide is included in order to let you know that our guides have a minimum of years of experience and live in the region all year round.

To come back in detail to your review, I do not think that Google is able to give you the quality of service that you obtained with our company, with personalized recommendation, response if you have any question and experiences lived by your own driver/guide.

Regarding your remark on Uber this is very insulting for our profession.

In Uber you will not necessarily have had a driver who speaks English (This is very common with Uber drivers/guides in our area.), you will have been dropped off in St Tropez without a boat crossing which represents an interesting point of the tour that you do not seem to mention anywhere in your review.

You will have to take an Uber again to reach Port Grimaud and then another Uber to reach Nice again.

In addition, it seems that you are not well informed about the price of Uber because after having taken the information it will have cost you around €400 just for a round trip without counting the trip to Port Grimaud.

This price corresponds to 3 places with our company including the crossing of the bay of St Tropez which has a cost.

Let's be reasonable, are you really comparing our activity to an Uber service ?

Regarding your accusation of misselling, we are an agency in business since 2007 and ranked among the best agencies according to our Viator rating.

We have a reputation higher than many of our colleagues.

If we were a "scam" or bad users we would have been banned from Viator/TripAdvisor or our rating would not be as high (4.72/5)
