Le chauffeur était en avance et nous a fait sentir très à l'aise. Le van était propre et climatisé. Donc agréable de ne pas se soucier d'arriver à l'aéroport à l'heure. Je recommande vivement!

Our Driver was on time, actually he was ten minute's early. He was very courteous and professional. He safely transported my family and I from our hotel to the airport. He took Tokyo to the correct terminal and thus allowed us to have less steps to the ticketing/gate area.

On time, friendly and very helpful getting us to our terminals. There was not a way to designate two different terminals for the reservation but when we asked for the driver to help, he was very accommodating. It was a relief we got both parts of our family where we needed to be.

The first transfer from CDG to our hotel in Versailles was without no problems. I did the order back home, and get help by the chatt. Then I decided to take a shuttle for the return to the airport I had a problem with the payment. I spend a lot of time with the personal at the chatt. I did not know if the transfer was reserved or cancelled.
Next morning I called the center and we could manage a transfer.
