They cancelled tour last minute

Tour Azure rang me 10pm, night before the tour to say they have cancelled the tour. Do not recommend Tour Azure, unreliable. I now have to wait for my refund

Unfortunately, on our shared tours we at times have other last minute cancellations, and this was the case for your tour. Due to other guests having cancelled, you were left as the only traveller on the tour.
Since it is illegal to operate a shared tour with just one person in France, we telephoned our competitors to see whether they were able to accommodate you on an equivalent tour. Unfortunately, none of our competitors had availability.
We also proposed a different date for your tour, which you were unable to accept.
We take our services extremely seriously and are very frustrated that we had to cancel the tour for you, but we were left with no other option.
As advised by phone, we have instructed Viator to refund you fully, and we apologize sincerely for the inconvenience this cancellation caused you.

This was an amazing trip! Thierry has been amazing with us, showing us some little gems that were not on the list but worth it. He's been very sociable, fun and very knowledgeable. I totally recommend this trip.
Side note: Cannes is very much overrated and frankly does not need to be included in the trip (it was our group's agreement) but thankfully it wasn't that much time spent there.

I enjoyed this day tour, especially the perfumery in Grasse. The tour guide was very attentive and informative. I would recommend this tour.
