Amazing Experience!

What an amazing experience, real insight to the battle that happened in the area. It was rather emotional at times when the impact of what happened set in. Seeing the scars of the land really does take effect. Our guide was fantastic and so knowlegdable, a really incredible day!

Worth a visit - Excellent coverage of WW!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and allowed us time to visit the number of places - and see the world war one locations with the Battle of the Somme. To see what the soldiers went through and the conditions they lived in and their fight to win the war, was an incredible experience. To imagine what they went through and how brave they were was something that will stay etched in our memories. The only disappointing experience was the food we ordered was poor quality at Le Tommy at Poziers - (Maybe it was a bad day) - 4 out of 8 people chose the steak and could not eat, however the museum attached to the restaurant was very interesting and had a lot of memorabilla and was a credit to the owner who has spent many hours collecting items from the war and re-created the conditions and trenches the soldiers from both sides were in. Impressive. Tour otherwise very good value .

Very impressive getting some visual perspective. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgable with answers to any question that people could think of.

Fantastic Somme Battlefields tour with Aaron

We had an amazing tour with Aaron to Somme battlefields. It exceeded our expectations. Aaron was a great host, very knowledgeable and engaging and went out of his way to make our tour special. I would highly recommend this tour especially if you are Australian, so much history there.
Fantastic day understanding what the Australian diggers contributed to in WW1

Our guide Ollie was fantastic. He provided a very insightful and informative tour for the Australian diggers who sacrificed their lives in the Somme area. This was backed up by his great sense of humour that kept us laughing throughout the day. Highly recommended Ollie.
