Amazing!

Milagros was great. She was on time, professional, knowledgeable. It was great that she guides us to the Mona Lisa right away. Efficient way to see that pieces since the museum is so massive
Scam don't book

Waist of money. DO NOT BOOK!!!
They left before the booking time started and there was absolutely NO support. Absolutely terrible and a complete scam
Wasn't perfect but still got entry

Skip the line was worth it, considering the length of the standard queue. For some reason our guide left earlier than the entry time, leaving 5 couples behind. I was there with 3 friends 10mins early and the guide wasn't around. I'm sure the guide must've known there were 10 people missing from the bookings. Everyone did get their entry tickets after contacting the agent, but we lost the guide and didn't get the introduction. Even though we'd missed our entry time, there were no issues gaining entry 30 mins later. Look out for the small advertisement board propped up against one side of the building column opposite the souvenir shop.
Amazing

This was a great experience! Please get the skip the line pass. Thank me later! This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s impossible to see all in one day but I absolutely recommend.
Bad experience

Having to buy a ticket when I couldn’t find the meeting place. Staff at Louvrr couldn’t help. Just shook their heads. Local tour operator didn’t pick up a the phone until after it was too late. I was there at 1230 for the 1 pm tour. Instead of getting skip the line admission, and a tour, they emailed me a general admission ticket and I got to stand out in the head for another 45 minutes. I’m hoping I get some of my money refunded since I was there in enough time. Maybe if they would have answered the phone this could have been avoided. This was after another nightmare booked through Viator for the Eiffel Tower and the guide never showed. Had to purchase another ticket for that. Very unhappy with Viator right now. Still in Paris. Hoping for the best on my remaining tours
