The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we had a great time and also taught us a lot about cheese. Also the cheese and wine we tasted were all excellent.We had a great time and would recommend this experience for everyone!

This workshop was so fun! I previously had knowledge of how cheese and butter were made, learning how to make it was a blast and getting to taste the fruit of our labors made it all worth it. I'd take this workshop again!

Paul was very knowledgeable about cheese and gave a nice educational component about it in the beginning. It was fun to actually make the cheese and butter ourselves and then do a tasting. Paul also recommended how to pair cheese with different local cuisines, which was very helpful. I wish we could have gotten a pamphlet to take home on how to pair the cheeses. We had a teenager and tween with us and they also enjoyed this activity.

This was a such a fun experience! Not only did we make cheese, we also made butter. We learned about cheese making, the different types , and then sampled more types of cheeses from the store below.

The teacher was informative and fun!

This is a great class to do with your family, friends, loved one, or even by yourself. The class size was small enough that each table felt they were receiving amble attention and personalized instruction.

We thoroughly enjoyed and absolutely recommend this workshop!

We hade a greate time making chees and butter with Pierre. The hole experiense was better than we expected. We learned about different types of cheeses and how they mature. Pierre was a greate at teaching also in English. We were 10 people and everyone was seen and engaged.
